Create your account
Open “My account” and create a free user account with your email address and password.

Add your pet
Add a photo and basic details in a form that follows the missing-pet report flow, but without any disappearance details.

Receive a permanent Pet ID
Every private profile receives a unique ID in the format TL-LJ-XXXXXX. That ID remains associated with the pet.

If missing — activate a report
Choose “Report missing”. Saved details are carried over; add the date, location and circumstances, and the public report receives its own report ID.

Trag ljubimaca lets owners create a private pet profile in advance and save details that may be important if the pet goes missing. The goal is not a public pet directory, but a secure user area that saves time when a search needs to begin.
If the pet goes missing, the owner starts a report from “My pets” and the platform uses the already saved information. The public report then works like other missing-pet reports on the platform and receives a separate report ID.

Frequently asked questions about pet registration
Is pet registration free?
Yes. Creating an account and registering a pet on Trag ljubimaca are free.
Is a registered pet publicly visible?
No. The profile in “My pets” is private and visible to the account owner. Only a separate report becomes public if the owner reports the pet missing.
What is a Pet ID?
It is the permanent unique identifier of the pet’s private profile, for example TL-LJ-K0PUX. It is different from the ID of a public missing-pet report.
What happens if the pet goes missing?
From the profile, choose “Report missing”. Saved details and the photo are carried into the report, and you add the circumstances of the disappearance. The public report then receives its own separate ID.
Does the pet have to be microchipped?
No. The microchip number is optional. If you enter it, it is stored in the private profile and is not automatically shown publicly.
