This policy explains what data the platform collects, why it uses it and how a user can request correction or deletion.

1. Data we collect
The platform may collect data submitted by the user: name or business name, email address, phone, country, city, missing location, pet details, report text, photos, messages and other data entered through forms.
For partners, the business name, address, phone, email, website, social networks, working hours, service description and logo may be processed.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to receive, review and publish submissions, communicate with users, send email notifications, display partners, protect against misuse and maintain site operation.
For missing pets, part of the data may be publicly displayed to increase the chance that the report is noticed.
3. Publicly displayed data
After approval, data submitted for publication may be publicly displayed: pet name, photos, description, species, breed, country, city, missing location, status and contact details if the user provides them for public communication.
Do not send data that you do not want to be publicly visible.
4. Email notifications
The platform may send email notifications to the administrator, the user who submitted the report and verified partners from the same city when a missing pet is published.
Email notifications are used for report review, status changes, communication and faster informing of the local network.
5. Content translation
If a translation API is enabled, text submitted by the user may be sent to a translation service for automatic translation into the platform languages.
The original text remains stored, and translations are used to display content to visitors who choose another language.
6. Data storage and deletion
Data is kept as long as needed for the purpose for which it was submitted, while the post is active or until the user requests correction or deletion, unless there is a justified reason to temporarily retain part of the data to protect against misuse.

7. Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold. It may be processed through the hosting provider, email service, translation API, security tools or other technical services that enable site operation.
If additional tools such as analytics or marketing pixels are introduced, this will be stated in the cookie policy and consent settings.
8. User rights
The user may request information about their data, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent for certain processing, to the extent applicable.
